Rent includes all utilities of heat, hot water, electric, and Wi-fi.  It also comes with a washer and dryer, off-street parking, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, walkway shoveling, and yard maintenance.  You would share an updated kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room, two full updated bathrooms, and a beautiful yard with responsible and friendly students.

This is an ideal house for serious individuals who are looking for a place for studying and peaceful relaxation.  This residence is not for partying.  It's a quiet, peaceful place to call home.
