I have one furnished bedroom ( single)  with private bath in my spacious house in Esopus.  Very private and quiet. Looking for a grad student or professional.  I have 2 dogs so no other pets allowed. No smoking. Vegetarian preferred as I do not allow meat to be cooked in the house.  Available May 1st.  Long or short term.  WiFi and cable. Utilities included.
