Unfurnished bedrooms are available in a shared, beautiful, updated, and spacious house that's walking distance to school and shopping.  Share the common areas of a living room, dining room, four season sun room, and kitchen with SUNY New Paltz students.  Monthly rent for a small room is $650 and $700 for a large room including all utilities even Wi-Fi and cable in the living room.  Prices are per person, per month. Shared room for two would be $1,200.  It's located within walking distance to campus and shopping.  Washer, dryer, bicycle storage and off-street parking are also included as well as weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, yard maintenance. 

This is a well-maintained and well-managed house that's in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood. It's ideal for studying and relaxation. No parties, no pets, and no smoking.
