The monthly rent is $725.00 for large private rooms and $700 for a smaller private room per month with utilities included of heat, hot water, water, wi-fi, and electric.  Also included are a new washer and dryer on premises, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, and yard maintenance. The place also features an updated kitchen and off-street parking.

This is ideal for mature and responsible individuals, seniors, and grad students.  No pets and no smoking.
