Single bedroom available in two bedroom apartment, located on Bonticou View Drive (down the road from Stewart's, next to My Market) , about a three minute drive from town and campus. Rent is $700/month/person, including everything (yes, wifi and cable too) but garbage (paid approx. every three months).

Year long lease begins August 1st and will be shared with myself and my friendly feline, POTUS. Would prefer a grad student or someone working and living in the area (like myself).
