Furnished room provided in exchange for work

A 12x14 bedroom will be provided in exchange for work.  The bedroom has a full-size mattress, dresser, shelves and large closet and mirror.  Normally the bedroom would rent for $600.  Instead of rent, the tenant should be able to provide assistance for an elderly European lady.  Tenant should also have car to run errands and drop off the lady at an appointment in town or Poughkeepsie.  Details will be worked out between lady and tenant provided they hit it off!.  The work is minor but does involve time, like picking up coffee in the morning or doing grocery shopping together once a week.  If curious, please do contact.  And it would be nice if a prospective tenant is a happy person!
