There's a nice room newly available at a 5 bedroom house at 12 Pine Crest Road, also at a 6 bedroom house at 38 North Chestnut St.

For personal reasons, the students planning to take these rooms had to leave.  The house is great, and the roommates are great. Both are coed houses, with friendly fellow students.

Both houses have kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, off street parking, patio with furniture and gas grill.
