Summer Sublet Right Across Campus only $500 a Month!!

My friends and I are looking to sublet our house located right across campus. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room,a full basement with coin operated laundry and 2 car garage. The house is located on the corner of South Manheim Blvd and Plattekill Ave. One of the rooms is already taken so there are 4 single rooms left. All utilizes are included except for WiFi + cable.

Some of the rooms are furnished. We can discuss more of what is furnished and what isn't in detail through email. The sublet is available June 1st through August 20th. The first two months rent would be $500 and the last month only $250. I am flexible and we can work something out for your specific situation like only 2 months rent or later move in date.
