For both houses:
1 year lease starting June 1st.  2 months security.
Kitchen, dinning room, and living room are furnished.  I can provide furniture for your bedroom if you want.
No smoking.  No pets.

Continuing, Transfer, and Foreign students welcome.

You may also rent individually, but preference will be given to groups.
