Full kitchen includes dishwasher and abundant cabinet space. Off street parking, nice backyard with patio furniture and grill. All utilities included, central air, wifi, cable TV. Landlord on premises.

Please no smoking or pets. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we prefer studious, quiet(er) tenants.
