I will only be here for fall of next school year, so I am looking for someone who needs a room for the second half of the year.

The room is in a large house with a beautiful porch on North Oakwood, a great location very close to campus (7 minute walk)!!

Lease goes from Aug 20th, 2014 to Aug 15, 2015.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!! -- cable, tv, internet! Lawn, snow, and garbage removal! Off- street parking. Room $650/month. Room is furnished.
