House has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bath, 3 bedrooms downstairs with a bath, shared kitchen, living room, front porch and rear deck. Five students returned this year, and there is one (1) room availablefor the Spring semester.  The rent is $600.00 per month (one month security) which includes ALL utilities, wireless Road Runner throughout the house, cable in each bedroom, and a washer and dryer in the basement, plenty of parking.
