My studio apartment (1 bed, 1 bath with full kitchen) is going to be available starting June 1st. My lease ends at the end of June, so you would be subletting from me for a month, then beginning a new lease with my landlord starting July 1st. This is a year lease and ends the following July 2025.

1150/month with all utilities (heat, electricity, garbage, etc.) included. The only thing you need is internet.

Coin-operated washers and dryers on sight.

15 minute walk from campus and 5 minute walk from Starbucks.

Pets okay, but you have to pay an added deposit.

Off-street parking (private spots) available.
