I am looking for a female to sublet my room starting June 1st up until August since I will be living down in Washington D.C. this summer for an internship. It is a duplex with 1 1/2 baths, a spacious living room, and a full kitchen, a washer-dryer on site, and off-street parking. Located 2 minutes away from Main Street, rent is $715/mo utilities usually being around $23. My stuff if not in the room currently since I will start living there for 2019-2020 school year so you may need to provide your own mattress and bedding.
