Hello, my name is Patrick.

I am interested in a room for rent for the year. I am currently a student at SUNY New Paltz and is looking for something that is walking distance to campus.

My budget is no more than $700 preferably with utilities. If you have any questions, you may text or call me at 845 537 8455.

Hey, y'all.

I'm looking for a sublet this summer from June to August, preferably longer (September-ish). I don't have a car, and I will be returning to the campus for graduate school Fall semester, and being in proximity to the college is necessary. I'm not looking to pay any more than $675 a month for rent, utilities, etc. If you have any questions, send me a message.

Hello, my name is Patrick Jonathan Derilus. I'm an undergraduate student at SUNY New Paltz. I am temporarily staying with my aunt in Washingtonville, New York until this coming semester. I'm originally from Chester of Orange County, New York (which is 40-minutes south from New Paltz)

I'm an  independent writer. I write poetry, short stories, and essays. I'm usually to myself most of the time, is animal friendly. Will listen to music loudly throughout the afternoon-evening occasionally.

I'm looking to move out as soon as possible (preferably before January 22nd).

My price range is $400 minimum to $700 maximum, no more than that.

If you have any questions, text/call me at 845 537 8455

Thank you.

Hey, my name's Patrick. I have a year left at New Paltz. After I graduate, I'm going to need a place to stay. Hopefully I'll be returning to New Paltz for grad school. So, for next year, I'm looking to live with a roommate or more.
