Hi! I have 2 rooms opening in my house starting August 1. The rooms are in a 3 bedroom house in Tillson (6 miles north of new Paltz). It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. Access to the rail trail with a 1 mile walk to the Rosendale tressel. The house is clean and fully furnished. Dishwasher, washer/dryer. Housemates are female in our mid 20's early 30's and we are clean and respectful, not loud and not a party house. There are 2 friendly small cats in the house. Rent is $575 and includes garbage, internet/basic cable and water. Oil heat and electric are not included.

I have a room available in my house right away. It is in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house recently renovated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Tillson.

It is 6 miles north of New Paltz, 7 miles south of Kingston and about a 10 minute drive to Ulster Community College. The room is 12x10 and comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, tv, and good sized closet.

Rent is $575 and includes cable, internet, garbage and water. Oil heat and electric vary and are not included. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The neighborhood has access to the rail trail.

There are currently 2 girls in their mid to upper 20's living in the house and 2 small adorable cats. We are fun but don't really party, we don't smoke and we keep the house neat.
