Cute and clean 3 bedroom apartment, located on Main Street - we're looking for a clean respectful housemate that can replace our graduating housemate. Everything included except electric. No washer/dryer. Public parking lot.
To reserve the room, lease needs to be signed asap and deposit of $1440 (security deposit of $720 plus LMR of $720) needs to be submitted.  Lease starts August 1st, Please DM for pictures and/or more information
