Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Young Professional Seeking Apartment/Room

My name is Cameron and I'm starting a new job at SUNY New Paltz So I will be moving into the town in August. I am looking for an apartment/room close to the university, preferably walking distance. My budget is $900-$1,100.
