2 rooms available June 1 in a 3 BR townhouse. The house has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, washer/dryer, large living room, kitchen, and off-street parking. Rent is $700 and includes all utilities except Wifi/cable.
I am a graduate student and my current housemates are graduating, so I am looking for 2 people to move in. If you're interested contact me and we can schedule a showing or I can send pictures and I'll send you the landlord's contact info from there.

The apartment has 2 floors (kitchen, living room and half bath on 1st floor, bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor), one and a half baths, washer and dryer on site. Rent is $680 a month plus $20 for parking, ALL utilities included except Wifi/cable.

-around $600/mo
-lease starting in August
-the closer to campus the better (though I do have a car if need be)
Obviously these are just guidelines, nothing that needs to be strictly followed. I'm willing to live with grad or undergrad students, as long as it isn't a big party house.
