Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or house (not 2 bedrooms in a larger house or apartment). Looking for a place that is quiet and clean with a lease beginning at the end of May 2019 or the beginning of June 2019. Price range would ideally be $1000-$1300 per month ($500-$650 per room) with all or most utilities included. Apartment does not have to be directly in village - both tenants will have cars. Just looking for something in the general town of New Paltz.

• a short walk to town and campus
• clean and well-maintained
• Available starting June, July, or August 2018

My friends and I (three girls and one guy) are looking for a four bedroom apartment or house for next academic year. Preferably, somewhere within walking distance to campus (only two of us have cars and we are not all on the same schedule), and under $700 a month (with utilities).
