My room in my apartment is available to sublet during this summer, June 2017 through August 2017. I am currently living in this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a friend. I am moving home after this semester and he is staying until the lease is up in August. Looking for someone to sublet my room! I share the room with one other person, and we each pay $420 (would be ~$650-700 for one person) The apartment is in New Paltz Gardens on Colonial Drive (behind Asian Fusion). It's a 15 minute walk to campus. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, on site laundry, and plenty of parking space.
