I am desperately looking for someone to take over my lease (January- August 1st) in a cute two bedroom apartment on Main Street! Rent is $600 not including utilities. Mobile gas station and laundry mat are across the street. No neighbors! The girl who will still be living there prefers a female roommate. You must be cool with smoking. You must be able to pay a security deposit as well as 1st and last months rent up front.
