Small but cozy room for $650 & medium size room with two large closets for $725 & large room with second smaller room attached for $825. All rooms have hard wood floors and huge windows. The common areas - living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and huge yard - are all furnished and comfortable. The house is on the same road that runs behind SUNY and the drive takes less than 10 minutes. Wi-Fi, garbage and recycling removal, snow plowing of driveway and all utilities are included in above rental rates. Must be a NON-SMOKER and a car is needed to get to New Paltz and other close places to shop etc. Small room is available in one month and the medium and large rooms are available immediately. In regard to pets it is possible to have a cat or two but unfortunately no dogs.
