Hello! I am a Masters student graduating this spring, and I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment to share with my boyfriend. Hoping to move in either in May or June. He works at Mohonk so somewhere within good distance of both New Paltz proper and the mountain would be ideal. A summer sublet would be considered, but something long term (6 month or 1 year lease) would be preferred. We're looking for a quiet, private space-- no house shares. Furnished spaces a plus. Shooting for 600-1000/month total with utilities included.
