I am a student at New Paltz. Currently, I am browsing around and looking at 1 and 2 bedroom rentals/cottages just outside of the village that rent from 800-1200. I am looking for one or two roommates to share the rent and utilities (if they are not included). Probably going to need a car for most of these rentals.
