Female roommate needed for a 2 bedroom apartment in South-side Terrace Apartment complex. My roommate needs to leave and someone needs to take over her lease for this semester only. A nice second floor apartment with a balcony. Trust me, this is probably one of the nicest apartments i have seen in the whole complex. Really clean with almost brand new furniture and appliances. Rent is 575 for your share, plus electric. 400 is your share of the security deposit. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING inside the apartment, and you MUST be a clean/respectful individual.
