Department of Psychology |
The North American Personal Construct Network (NAPCN) is devoted to elaborating and communicating constructivist theories and methods, with particular emphasis on personal construct psychology. NAPCN membership is open to anyone world-wide. NAPCN organizes a biennial conference in even calendar years, and participates in an International Personal Construct Psychology Congress in odd calendar years (hosting the conference on a rotating basis with constructivist groups from Europe and Australasia). |
The Psychology Department at SUNY New Paltz is one of the largest departments of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In addition to a strong undergraduate program, the Department has an M.A. graduate program in psychology with areas of concentration in Counseling Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Experimental Psychology. The department has 13 faculty members, 30-50 graduate students, and nearly 300 undergraduate majors. |

Gala Banquet
A gala banquet was held on the
evening of Saturday, July 15. Dr. Epting was honored with the Lifetime
Achievement Award at this banquet. The student paper award winner was
also
announced.
