Topics:

Autonomous systems are based on intelligent components and objects which are capable of self-governing actions in dynamic and heterogeneous environments. Autonomous computing studies theory and infrastructures which can be used to build Autonomous systems. Development of autonomous systems involve interdisciplinary research in : artificial intelligence, distributed systems, parallel processing, software engineering, and user interface.

We welcome papers on theory, architectures, algorithms, design, and implementation techniques which can be used to build Autonomous Systems. The technical issues to be addressed include, but are not limited to:
