I teach classes in general psychology, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, methodology, statistics, and the psychology of belief.

My research interests focus primarily on the experience of overqualification and its impact on employee attitudes and behaviors. I also study the work experiences of global migrants, perceptions and behaviors in the employment interview, and the effectiveness of teaching strategies for psychology.

Finally, I am the faculty advisor to the SUNY New Paltz chapter of Psi Chi.
