FIRST GRADE
It was a fine day for school! Megan and Sophia were excited
because today they would play ______ (a game) in gym class with Coach _______

Mr. Mahalic came up to the girls. “HI,” he said. “Are you read to learn about the ______ (plural noun), the ______ (noun), and the ______ (noun)?” he asked? ________ (boy’s name) raised his hand. “I have to go to the ______ (NOUN)room REALLY BAD!” he said. “No problem,” said Mr. Mahalic – have fun.
Class was fun today – but everyone was so excited for gym! Finally, it was time. Megan walked in first. “HI SOPHIA,” said the first coach. “I think that’s Megan,” said the other coach. “Oh yeah,” said the first coach … “they are the _______ (ADJECTIVE) ______ (NOUN) twins.” Everyone laughed.
It was time for (SAME GAME AS BEFORE). Megan go the ball
first. She threw it to ______ (GIRL’s NAME) – who bounced it into a ______
(NOUN)! Then it was Sophia’s turn. She took the ball, spun it over here ______

much fun!
At the end of the day, the (SAME ADJ/NOUN) TWINS had to go home on their respective buses. They gave each other a big hug – and Sophia went onto Bus number _______ (NUMBER) while Megan went onto Bus number ______ (NUMBER). First grade is so _______ (ADJECTIVE)!
