Address Book Manangement
To access the main address book Window, click on the "Address Book" tab at the top. You will see three address books.
- Contacts: Your default address book
- Emailed Contacts: which keeps track of people you have corresponded with
- Faculty-Staff: The Faculty and Staff Address Book
To add new people to your address book, click the New button.
You can enter as much or as little information about a contact as you want. The first page can have name, title, company, and e-mail addresses. (it can also contain Instant Messaging Addresses, but IM is in Beta and is not reliable at this point.) You can enter physical addresses and phone numbers by selecting the "Work", "Home" and "Other" tabs at the top.
When finished entering your contact, just click Save.
