Good Fellowship Points

Here is the breakdown on how you can get Good Fellowship Points!

CHANGES WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT AC MEETINGS & POSTED ON THE WEBSITE

Halls will receive one (1) point for the following:

  • Each resident in attendance at an Associate Council meeting
  • Each resident wearing an RHSA shirt at the start of an Associate Council meeting
  • Each resident in attendance at any RHSA program (not necessarily an RHSA funded program)
  • The first resident to answer the  “Tweeting Tuesdays” question correctly (will not count if you do not include your hall’s name in your answer)
  • The first resident to answer the “Facebook Fridays ” question correctly (will not count if you do not include your hall’s name in your answer)
  • For every resident that tags an RHSA event as well as the RHSA page in their Facebook status (only the first notification and must comment status with your hall’s name)

Halls will receive three (3) points for the following:

  • Each resident in attendance at Buzz Karaoke
  • Each new submission to the Ice Breaker database (Submissions must be typed, titled and emailed to the RHSA email account)
  • Each nomination for “Hall Government Member of the Month”
  • Each nomination for “Program of the Month”
  • Each resident that attends another hall’s program (must submit pictures of residents at the program to rhsa@newpaltz.edu with a description of what occurred at the program)
  • Submitting an article for the RHSA/NRHH Collaborative Newsletter (a maximum of 9 GFPs will be given per hall for each issue)

Halls will receive five (5) points for the following:

  • Each full hour, per person, spent volunteering at an RHSA sponsored program (set up, working the program, clean up etc.)
  • Each idea for Good Fellowship Points approved by the majority of the RHSA E-Board
  • Submitting an “OF THE MONTH” (OTM)  (submit by going to http://otms.nrhh.org/ and following the instructions given)

Halls will receive ten (10) points for each of the following:

  • Each program submitted for “Pretty Unbeatable Program” (P.U.P) status. Halls can submit any program sponsored by the hall government. This sheet is attached and can be found on the RHSA website. This is done so that other halls have good ideas about what programs to hold. Sheets are to be typed. One paper copy with signatures is to be handed in to RHSA and another, without signatures is to be sent to rhsa@newpaltz.edu

Halls will receive (15) fifteen points* for each of the following:

  • Each program done in tandem with RA staff (must be submitted through a P.U.P sheet) You will get credit for completion of the P.U.P sheet AND credit for the program

Halls will receive twenty (20) points** for each of the following:

  • Each program put on in tandem with another Hall Government (must submit a P.U.P sheet with RD’s signatures)
  • Each program put on in tandem with a club or organization on campus (Must be submitted through a P.U.P sheet)
  • Each community service project done by a Hall Government (must submit a P.U.P sheet signed by your RD)

* Your hall will receive five (5) points for putting on the program and ten (10) for filling out the P.U.P sheet, totaling fifteen (15) points.

* *Your hall will receive ten (5) points for putting on the program and ten (10) for filling out the P.U.P sheet, totaling twenty (20) points.

RHSA Executive Board members are not eligible to earn points for any Hall Government with which they may be affiliated.
