Here is the breakdown on how you can get Good Fellowship Points!
GOOD FELLOWSHIP POINT BREAKDOWN
AS OF NOVEMBER 16th 2009
LIST IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
CHANGES WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT ASSOCIATE COUNCIL MEETINGS & POSTED ON THE WEBSITE
Halls will receive on half of a point for the following:
- Each resident in attendance at a program hosted by the Mini No-Frills Conference committee
Halls will receive one point for the following:
- Each resident in attendance at each Associate Council meetings
- Each resident wearing an RHSA shirt at an Associate Council meeting
- Each resident in attendance at any NRHH program/event
- Each resident in attendance at any RHSA program (not necessarily an RHSA funded program)
Halls will receive three points for the following:
- Each program submitted for “Pretty Unbeatable Program” (P.U.P) status. Halls can submit any program sponsored by the hall government. This sheet is attached and can be found on the RHSA website. This is done so that other halls have good ideas about what programs to hold.
- Each resident in attendance at Buzz Karaoke
Halls will receive five points for the following:
- Each submission of 50 pieces of paper. Paper must meet the following criteria or absolutely no points will be awarded…
- Must be 8.5×11 (standard size) ONLY. No half sheets or larger posters will be accepted.
- Must be computer paper. No construction paper, card stock etc will be accepted.
- Free of all staples.
- Neatly stacked and clipped together.
- Counted before submitted to RHSA.
- Have a post-it stating number of pages being submitted and your hall name.
- Each submission of 50 can tabs. Tabs must meet the following criteria or absolutely no points will be awarded…
- Must be clean. Sticky tabs are unacceptable.
- Must be counted before submitted to RHSA.
- Must be submitted in a sealable bag.
- Have a post-it stating number of tabs being submitted and your hall name.
- Each full hour, per person, spent volunteering at an RHSA sponsored program (set up, working the program, clean up etc.)
- For handing in the “Programs…Programs…Programs…” sheet to RHSA before the due date. This sheet is not the same as a P.U.P. sheet.
- Each full hour, per person, spent volunteering at an NRHH sponsored program
- Each school supply donated for conference use. When submitted, school supplies must have a post-it stating which hall they are from. See attached for more information.
- The completion of the Spirit Day questionnaire
- The completion of the Halloween in the Halls questionnaire
- The completion of the Condom Casino questionnaire
Halls will receive ten points for each of the following:
- A consensus from the RHSA executive board and advisors that Robert’s Rules were followed to the best of the hall’s ability to be awarded on a monthly basis
Halls will receive twenty points for each of the following:
- Being the hall with the most points from their protein folding team
