Symantec Endpoint Protection Anti-Virus Update

Our Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition anti-virus system was shut down on March 20, 2009. All users of this system are required to update to our new anti-virus, which is called "Symantec Endpoint Security."

This update only affects users of Windows computers. Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition and Symantec Endpoint Protection are only for Windows computers.

You can download the new anti-virus package from the Academic Computing web site.

If you require assistance, please call or stop by the Student Help Desk.

There is no charge for any of the services listed above for students who are currently enrolled in credit bearing classes at SUNY New Paltz.

Please note that if you are having a problem with the projectors, screens, document cameras, etc in smart classrooms on campus, please call Instructional Media Services at (845) 257-3630 or (845) 257-3639 at night (after 5:00 PM).
