Hello friends and visitors...... My name is
John Rayburn and:
I am a professor in the Department of
Geological Sciences at SUNY
New Paltz specializing in Geomorphology and Environmental
Geology. I am also a faculty member in the Environmental
Science program. In 2015 I was honored with the SUNY
Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
I am the curator of the New York Glaciogram,
and web page coordinator for the Northeastern Friends of the
Pleistocene.
